What do you like about StartLogic Hosting?
I'm a programmer (Fortune 100 company.) I have moved several of my friends' and non-profit organizations' sites to StartLogic. Your service is great. DEPENDABLE! Bandwidth is excellent. I want to put a "hosted by StartLogic logo" on the top left of my sites as a link to yours.

What do you like about SPRY Hosting?
I have been hosting my websites for more than four years to various host companies. Some of these host companies includes ipower, globat, magicz. They were not bad, but SPRY.COM has exceeded my expectations. Their support system is far more wonderful than any companies I had experienced with. The waiting time for support over phone is very as little as 1-5 minutes. But I mostly email them instead of calling because it is fast well. I get a response from them within an hour no matter when I email them. I once emailed them at 2:00 AM and got a response within the hour. Another thing I like about their support system is that if there is a problem I always like to know how they solved the problem and they never hesitated to tell me how they did it. By the way, I did not have much knowledge about setting up a server, but the support team did a wonderful job doing it for me. This kind of support truly amazes me. Thank you spry!

The other day I was having some e-mail issues and worked with Malcolm in support. I thought that may be I would need to upgrade my server. He worked to fix the issues and explained things to me in plain English. I was all set to get the 'You'll need our next step up package' speech but he didnt' take that route! What do you like about SPRY Hosting?
I've been with Spry for a couple of years now. They are always courteous in letting me know of any downtime for maintenance that might need to be done on their end and how long. They are very courteous and quick to respond to support tickets. What can I say, other than another satisfied customer. Thank you Spry for making things easy for me. Keep up the good work!

What do you like about PowWeb Hosting?
I have had 5 domains hosted with Powweb over the past 4 years. Powweb was a great host until they were acquired 2 years ago by a mega-corporation Endurance International Group, Inc. The corporation is known for buying out a quality hosting services and then market the daylights out of it. Now the reliability is pitiful and it takes multiple support contacts to even have them acknowledge that there is a problem/outage before tier 2 & tier 3 support get involved. Either an email server or web server fails about every 30-45 days. Tech support is in India and Philippines and they are not given information when there is a systemic outage etc.

The combination of Powweb's technical bumbling and its uninformed customer service have helped me to the conclusion that it is time to move on to another provider. They are currently blaming their mysql issues on their customers, never the mark competence.

What do you like about Netfirms Hosting?
It seems like it is the luck of the draw whether or not I will get an attachment. I use the webmail on their site and I can not even gat a 60K file. It is stuck in limbo. This is a repeated problem I have. My hotmail account is more reliable with attachments. Also, seems like it takes hours at time to get an email. Besides the email issues, the rest I have had no problems.

Overall Netfirms is a good host. They respond quickly to questions and I have never noticed my site being down for more than a minute or two. I am rather disappointed, though, that they do not offer the mod_mime module as this is something I really really want. Also, I frequently get disconnected from FTP for being idle too long.

What do you like about Lunarpages Hosting?
After suffering the nightmare that is 123-reg in the UK, I have moved my sites, and most of my clients sites, to Lunar Pages. I wish I'd done it earlier - I'd have slept better sooner! Cost is particularly good for those of us in the UK at the moment because of exchange rates. On the RARE occasion I've had any problems, email response has been very quick. Not just problems (and that's probably stating it too strongly), but general questions are treated with respect and answered promptly. I even had the guys and gals at LP help me sort out a PHP form, which is beyond their remit really - fabulous support. It's only 'cos I'm mean that I haven't rated any "10s"!

What do you like about Lunarpages Hosting?
I am very very happy with these guys. I have not experienced any of the probs listed previously. The customer service is top notch, always friendly and quick to respond. The deals are great for the price. The only problem I have ever had with them was a threatening to suspend my account due to spam abuse, which was something that wasnt my fault at all. They worked with me very quickly to get it resolved and even do checking up to see if I had had any more issues with it.

What do you like about Lunarpages Hosting?
I always treated suspiciously what they usually call cost-effectiveness. I mean great web space and bandwidth offered plus all those extra features for an immensely low price. It often seems too good to be true, and quality is not the issue to save on, I think. That's why I purchased a package with Lunar Pages- not the cheapest perhaps, but providing all necessary features to support my launching online business. And because they offer scalable packages, I can always upgrade to other features for future enhancements. That is what I call cost-effectiveness! Thanx a lot!.

What do you like about IX Web Hosting?
I have been with IX for several years now and I find them to be great. The value for your dollar is what should be looked at and IX gives me everything I need for both my personal pages and my small business pages. If anyone is making a living from thier web sites then they should be paying for security and uptime but if, as I am, you use your web site for personal and private family web sites as well as web sites for start up companies with limited funds this is a perfect host.
