KVC Host's team tends to get back to you within 15 mins which is very quick. The plan that I am on too is very competitive when compared to the rest. I'm a student so I didn't want to fork out ridiculous amounts of money for a site. All in all I'm very happy with KVC Host and would recommend them to anybody.
