What do you like about DiscountASP Net Hosting?
Full Disclosure: i work for DiscountASP.NET. The previous review by Tracy Cai, omitted some details. The customer chose to sign up for the annual prepayment plan in our order form. Then 5 months later blames DiscountASP.NET for not signing them up as quarterly. Then goes around posting comments like this. You can make up your own mind.

What do you like about Web Hosting Buzz?
I have a reseller account that was down for 15 days, unable to accept orders. Tickets were submitted multiples times a day; they kept saying the problem wasn't on their end. Well, after the 16th day they finally figured out it was on their end. And now, their server is down again, they are blaming it on a DDoS attach. So much for 99% up time. I would stay away from this company.

What do you like about DiscountASP Net Hosting?
I have been using them for many years, so I have to say i am a very loyal customer of them. I am a web developer. However, recently they made a billing mistake for one of my account, when I asked them to correct it, they were very cold and refused to correct it saying is my mistake. I feel very hurt. I am going to switch to Go Daddy after my contract ends. My two cents, as a business owner myself, it really hurt your business if you have very poor customer service and being arrogant to your customers. Because you think you make $100 out of ignoring them, you end up losing $1000 or $10000 by pushing valued customer to your competitors. I wasn't ready to use Go Daddy until this incident.

Had an account with them for 14 days after that it was unbearable. No support, poor hardware, speeds. This is the kind of service i would expect from free hosts. Truly shocking, just dont bother. to put the nail in the coffin they are still chaning payment for a service they couldnt provide.

What do you like about Host Papa?
I am totally under-whelmed by the very poor responses that I have had from the technical support group. More than 1 week response time, incorrect information when I do hear from someone, and a general air of not understanding what is going on. I run the technical support group at a major software engineering company in Toronto, and I do not tolerate the poor responses that yours do. Basically, unless my problems are resolved promptly, I intend to discontinue using HostPapa, and shall recommend the same to all and sundry.

What do you like about EasyCGI Hosting?
We have had an absolute nightmare of a time with EasyCGI. We had numerous accounts for years and they were great. About 6 months ago, they went through some major changes and have completely ruined several of our web sites (we are still trying to rebuild them with other hosts now). We lost data, are still losing data (we have a few customers that didn't migrate away from them yet), are constantly having down-time, they have changed our passwords, their email servers don't work, +++++
