What do you like about IX Web Hosting?
I've been with IX for almost a year. It has been a good experience. My webs have experienced low downtimes, about 90% of the time my webs are up. They need to look for a 100% but it is fine. I'd suggest to give the feature to create separate accounts for reseller capabilities. Anyway...I'm fine with IX so far.

What do you like about IX Web Hosting?
I've been using IX for 8 yrs now, and have been offering their services for small biz solutions and have been happy with them. I am a web developer and have used a LOT of hosting companies. All hosting companies have their advantages and disadvantages, IX webhosting is far better than some others we see ( In SuperBowl ads for example ) and a few months back they moved their data centers and had a few issues which were fixed. Other than that one time I've had 100% uptime and my emails always work. I've read the complaints and am laughing at some of the 'blacklist' / spamming crybabies, too bad they blame IX for their own ISP's rules/issues or their own spamming - which should be stopped anyway. Get a clue - for small biz solutions, you cant beat the price and although their Live Chat may be inefficient, they HAVE AN 800# HELLO....have you tried calling GoDaddy? They dont even provide a toll-free line and make you send in your left arm and ID to get anywhere...GO WITH IX....I DO.

You guys are incredible. I currently have around 5 accounts with you and I am extremely satisfied. You have excellent customer service and great products. I've tried many other servers and they prove to be like the stock market (crashing every other day). Although, you guys are great. If I could pick one work to describe you it would be "reliable". Now I see why you are rated #1 provider by customers. Your tools are great. I'm a Web rookie, and I was able to utilize your tools and upload our site in a matter of minutes. I am pleased with the search engine optimization (SEO) service you've provided. I'm afraid my Web site would never have been ranked with any of the search engines had I tried to optimize them myself. Now I'm ranking on the 1st page on MSN and working my way up on Yahoo and Google.

What do you like about Hostway?
Hostway provided a variety of high-end features at very affordable rates, especially in terms of multimedia support. Quite a few firms made bids to offer streaming and Web hosting services; once we added up the numbers and considered our needs, Hostway made the most sense. The Hostway site presents their service packages clearly to a non-technical client, it is technically easy to work with and designers and programmers have no difficulty in performing our tasks.

As for everyone running professional business on the Internet, resilience is of great importance for me. In the past I have had certain problems with server network availability caused by lack of redundancy. It is difficult to assess the actual character of redundancy promised by hosting providers. But with Host Rocket I hit the nail on the head! I'm not strong in technical specs, and the words "redundant CSS switches" convey little meaning to me. Still I'm greatly satisfied with the performance of my site - and it's enough to entrust Host Rocket with my further Internet projects.
