2,5 months ago I subscribed to a HS SPECIAL 1GB/2CPU plan (posted at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=902908). At start all was well, the price was good, the setup was fast and the network speed was really excelent. But the problem is that every other day the server is rebooted without reason. My event log is full of kernel-hardware power failures. Last week I had an outage of more than 24h. I've tried to contact support several times, but I never had a response. I also never received the link to the status page where I could check my bandwith usage like promised
