What server management panel do you use?

I found a lot of panels like cPanel (which is too expensive for me), Plesk, VestaCP, Fastpanel. I can't choose the best one. Some may say that cPanel is the best panel but I can't agree with them because, for example, Fastpanel provides almost the same features for free.

What panel do you use and why?

For web hosting startup business, cPanel is first choice and most of recommended cPanel because of it is best control panel witch also fully support a best billing system “WHMCS”. cPanel purchase a some percent share of WHMCS billing system so Integration is so easy.

Plesk - This panel is also popular specially for Windows Hosting and there is no any other competitor in Windows Hosting. cPanel tried to give competiton and started a panel for Windows Hosting but they close it after few month because they understand that the are only good in Linux. Both are expert in their own area.

For startup who only want to host their website and not involve in hosting business then they will prefer to use free of cheap control panel like directadmin.

cPanel is the best control panel that we have ever used. Still, You can use CWP for users who can't afford the current cPanel pricing, it provides almost all the features offered by cPanel. You can find the demo installation on their website. It has a FAQ page which will help you sort out any questions and if you've more to ask, then please make use of their forum.

FASTPANEL is free of charge only for a period of at least 18 months. It still not support Incremental backups, PostgreSQL support, Integration of WAF based on ModSecurity, billing system like WHMCS, Blesta etc.

Nobody mentioned CyberPanel. Running on OpenLiteSpeed, which is a win consider it's far better than apache but still can use .htaccess rules. DNS management that works, not like VestaCP where it's not straight forward. Let's Encrypt support with auto renewal. Firewall management. Service restart. Fine tune your OpenLiteSpeed on your own.
It's a bit hard to understand the panel at first but you'll get it in just a few minutes, assuming you have vast experience in multiple webhosting control panel before. All the best!

cPanel is arguably among the best proprietary management panels for web hosting servers. It rose to prominence during the WordPress boom and now supports a majority of servers across the world. It is supported in the iOS and Android platforms alongside standard Linux distros. If you’re looking for a full-fledged professional admin panel, don’t forget to check it out. You can sign up for a free trial that will increase your understanding of cPanel.

Most users on this topic will answer ' cPanel and Plesk'. Definitely they are the widely used hosting control panels. They are also quite easy to manage and use for beginners. Anyone here has experience with Zpanel? Happens to be a free one so not sure on their support. Anyone using it?

Yes CWP is being preferred by users who have been hit by the cPanel hike. We have added Plesk as an alternative to cPanel. Soon we will be adding DirectAdmin to our list. Users can prefer to switch from cPanel or continue using cPanel with the new price.

cPanel for Linux KVM and Linux OpenVZ
Plesk for Windows

These two are the most popular control panel software. It's easy to use and has user-friendly interface, which makes them acceptable for majority of the community.

I have used both Plex and cPanel. CPanel was easier to use for me, because i have used it on most of the hosting provider platform I have used. For those who have used Plex a lot, it might be easier for them

cPanel is the best if you like to pay for it. Apart from that zPanel and VestaCP is a good alternative for free. We use cPanel for managing our websites. It is a good control panel for web hosting projects.
