I do not like Master reseller things, because master reseller provider overselling (overloaded) their servers. If you want sale reseller hosting use VPS for low budget and Dedicated Box if you have budget.
You can easily get low cost managed vps hosting.
Master reseller plans are great for a host starting out. They're typically around the same price as a reseller plan, but allow you to sell reseller and shared hosting accounts allowing you to expand your range of offers to your customers.
Do not go to the sites that say top 10 hosting or anything of the likes because those are affiliate sites and for them the best host will be the one that pays them the most for passing you on to them.
