I think there is no such hard and fast rules. You can your your personal name. Every country has their own laws you can check them. I think there is no such requirement needed.

Definitely , a registered company names always make a good impact on clients which can assure then that they will be using hosting services from reliable and professional hosting service provider.
You can also your webhost for VAT number , their postal address and check if they have working phone number.

No, this is a misconception. For a company name if it is required on a form then fill out your name if you wish to trade as an individual, your name can be a company (type) name.
It's conventional to put T/A at the begining of the company name part if it's your name which simply stands for Trading As

Even at that, you don't need to be a legal company or registered company to be the middle man between company's. Many people get employee to do it individuals do it for self gain.

Never the less you can trade online without registration.

Doesn't require a company name that you have to registrar. For the US you'd need a social security number or tax id as you'll be required to pay taxes on income earned. Best of luck!

A web hosting deal is a legal deal so having a registered name is always good for any possible legal claims from my point of view.
