This morning our website was down and we do not have an onsite tech support or developer. This morning I was connected to Harry through live support. He was by far, the BEST agent that we have every worked with. He talked to me in clear language (knowing that I was not the tech person or developer). He took it a step further to explain the problem and RESOLVE the problem. Great job Harry! You have made this Accuweb client very happy!

At first I was really skeptic about Hosting Servant... get a free hosting, but it was great so I moved to business shared hosting and I'm really happy with it now. Strongly recommend!

I made the decision about a year ago now to break away from the multiple shared hosting contracts I was maintaining to host all my clients. We simply "outgrew" shared hosting... not to mention that most shared hosting plans that WERE such great deals years ago have been systematically locked down removing flexibility and more advanced function. Not so with Cloud VPS (w/ CPanel and Fully managed). I have 100% access control over what happens, but AccuWeb Hosting Techs are there... RIGHT there when I need them. And they KNOW what they're doing... And they're patient... And they're NICE! I like it so much that for my 1-year Accuweb Hosting Anniversary, I am upgrading my Linux Super Cloud to Star Cloud... I don't need it right this second, but my clients are so happy with the stellar service that they are telling folks and I am picking up clients, left, right and center. I cannot tell you how happy I am... I'm paying about 1/3 more than I did before, but I'm getting about 5 times my money's worth relative to the service I was receiving before.
