What do you like about A Host?
My company is very satisfied with the customer support we've received from a-host.net's team. I conversed with them extensively over the phone to get started, they even called me a few times to make sure I was taken care of....I really appreciated that! They helped with transfer of domains and the general questions we had getting started. The submission of tickets seems a little impersonal but we can understand not being inundated with phone calls. Answers to my tickets have always been quick. And if you need in-depth help, you have always been able to get a hold of someone on the phone with a simple request on a ticket. I really do like a-host.net.

What do you like about A Host?
I have been with a-host.net for almost 2 years now. In the past 18 months, their uptime has been damn near close to perfect. I can tell you that all the sites that I run off of a-host.net has 99.99% uptime (Another site I run with another host that costs 3 times the price is only up 94%). I was wondering if going with the cheapest host was not the cleverest of ideas but after this last year and a half, the saying you get what you pay for doesn't actually hold true. The uptime is excellent, the response time to tech support is normally within half hr. I am really impressed all around. I would recommend a-host.net to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and 99.99% uptime host....

What do you like about Hostica Eu?
Due to problems with our former provider we found ourselves in desperate need to move, and Hostica.eu has proven to be not just a savior but a fantastic improvement. Our website runs much faster, and tools & customer service are great! The sales process was both friendly and informative - they answered all our questions and were very thorough. Their technical support know how to deal with advanced questions; you won't get treated like a neophyte if you know what you're doing. Hostica.eu is one of the few hosting providers that has both Linux and Windows solutions; since we needed both they are a perfect match for us. They've done a great job on both platforms!
