“Satisfied to Customer Service”
My company is very satisfied with the customer support we've received from a-host.net's team. I conversed with them extensively over the phone to get started, they even called me a few times to make sure I was taken care of....I really appreciated that! They helped with transfer of domains and the general questions we had getting started. The submission of tickets seems a little impersonal but we can understand not being inundated with phone calls. Answers to my tickets have always been quick. And if you need in-depth help, you have always been able to get a hold of someone on the phone with a simple request on a ticket. I really do like a-host.net.
