- THCServers com Hosting(SINCE 2013)would recommend THCServers to every customer who want reliability efficiency and easy management of their domain / website. I have been dealing with other host provider in the past and they could not offer the features THCServers is giving me ( cPanel, unlimited databases / email accounts / bandwidth / diskspace , softaculous, website builder ). Also, THCServers is really affordable and is my choice for my business. Only time I needed their 24/7 support is setting up my domain and website and they fulfilled my expectation with their great support.
- I run an adult content-based site in Netherlands that posts several articles, videos a day and my traffic only hits the hundreds on some days when we go nuts on the articles. Support is ok. If you're planning on doing a adult content site, Hostplay works well. If you plan on having 100s to 1000s of visitors a day and plan on having 100s of articles + many videos a month. Hostplay maybe a temp solution! Recommended!
- EzzyTech Networks Hosting(SINCE 2014)I am with EzzyTech Networks for about six months. Within this time I never faced a downtime for my website. So it's very relaxing because befor going to them I used hosting service from other two companies and my site was down several times. Moreover EzzyTech support is very much friendly and skilled. Response time very fast and I like it very much. I am just happy with them. Hopefully they will continue their reliability.
- Ibraheem is a friendly and empathic person to make business with. He understands our needs and gives offers accordingly. Servers are delivered fast and the price/quality ratio is really good. Their support works 24/7 and there have not been a waiting time longer than 30 minutes since we started working with RapidDedi.
- EasyCGI Hosting(SINCE 1998)"EasyCGI isn't just your ordinary hosting company, they go above and beyond that. They give me the tools I need to manage my Web site easily. I'm a podcaster and with that I need a decent amount of space to run my community off of and EasyCGI has given me that space. Installing Community Server 2007 was a breeze, anytime I needed help with something I just picked up the phone and called. I had my new community up and running in no time at all."
- Netfirms Hosting(SINCE 1998)It seems like it is the luck of the draw whether or not I will get an attachment. I use the webmail on their site and I can not even gat a 60K file. It is stuck in limbo. This is a repeated problem I have. My hotmail account is more reliable with attachments. Also, seems like it takes hours at time to get an email. Besides the email issues, the rest I have had no problems.
- KVCHOSTING(SINCE 2008)This is the worst hosting company I have ever used. For over 2 weeks I've been fighting to get this one site setup on their server. I took hours just for them to setup the hosting account and I had to call and also chat with the tech support just to have the setup done. The server kept timing out when using the control panel. A simple command that would normally take 15 seconds would time out and I would have to keep trying 3 to 5 times to get it that command to complete. The server hangs on just about everything I try to do.I had to contact support over and over again and every time all they would say is that their fixed the problem but the problem would still continue. Finally I had to move the site to another company where it is currently. It only took 20 minutes to have the site setup on the new company's server. Since I put the site on this new company's server everything is working and my client is very happy. I asked for a full refund since I can't use this company for this site and it?s been about 2 weeks but they said I will not be getting a refund since I used the service. Please do not ever use this company it?s the worst. - Ultimasystems net Hosting(SINCE 2006)I have gone through numerous hosting providers over the past few years and am happy to say without reservation that UltimaHosts blows all my previous providers away.The server up time has been exceptional and each time I have requested UltimaHosts support assistance the response times have been unbelievable. The most recent example of their exceptional support was when I requested to install a custom CLR function in a SQL database that was within their shared environment. Due to security limitations (a good thing!) I requested assistance from their support team.Not only did they install the object but Michael went out of his way to make several recommendations for improving the code and then even went another step further and restructured a good sized piece of it for performance and enhanced error management. He of course ran these changes by me first, but I was pleasantly surprised they went to such lengths to ensure my success.I can say without any reservation I have never experienced such phenomenal support from any hosting provider. Ultimahosts rocks!Hope this helps others looking for a host that goes the extra mile!
- Discountasp Hosting(SINCE 2003)Full Disclosure: i work for DiscountASP.NET. The previous review by Tracy Cai, omitted some details. The customer chose to sign up for the annual prepayment plan in our order form. Then 5 months later blames DiscountASP.NET for not signing them up as quarterly.
