What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
Over the last few months so, it has been increasingly difficult to make contact with my previous hosting company support team. Most wait times on the phone or chat have been in excess of 45 minutes and if I opened a ticket online, it could take 10 - 24 hours before getting a response much less a answer. There have been times when PHP/MySQL board/DB was working incorrectly-not on my errors or any changes I had done. At the end they were not even able to provide me with the transfer info of my domain name so I had to register a new one. I filed for a divorce with my previous provider just a few weeks before my renewal with them! Hitched up with host-ed.net in a flash. Transferred all files to host-ed.net server and reset the DNS name servers. Host-ed control panel is basic on the front end but has good depth as you move into the needed functions. The support emailed me in 5 minutes after I signed up with all the needed DNS name servers and a login. Had a issue with PHP to the new site and need to change config.php file. Emailed support and in 10 minutes they were back with the correct link and in fact went in and did the edit of the file for me. Everything was up and running. Took no more than an hour for the domain name to resolve and show on Host-ed. Great support! Good server speed and a fair price for the product.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
The web hosting service they offer is quite good. Back at the time I was having an aggressive advertising campaign I had my site with up to 2000 visitors per day and I had no problems. Only once I had an issue with MySQL database, but it was a temporary issue and it was fixed 10-20 minutes after it had occurred. It is a great investment.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
First the activation was fast, my site was fast and a few days later I found the support is also fast to solve my issues. Once I even had this problem and the system administrators changed the way the system was build to fix my problem. I was so surprised when I heard that. In other hosting providers the best you can get is a canned response and polite excuse, but yet a refusal to do something that big for you. Now, that's a customer service.

What do you like about Webintellects Hosting?
I would like to apologize for my English. I am from Russia and want to say few nice words about web hosting company webintellects.com which I use. There not such a good company as webintellects in Russia for the price and allowing as many sites as I want.Site loads fast here. Support answer fast (some speak Russian also). Server has never been down since start. Webintellects is the best hosting service around and Russians needing hosting should use them without fear.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
Having been ripped off! by 3 other well-reviewed companies, I tried host-ed as a last ditch effort. Within no time at all I had been telephoned by a customer representative and very soon afterwards, my site was on line. It took no time at all to be on line. I can recommend these people highly enough. I had a couple of problems and e-mailed for tech support. I even got a reply on Sunday. The other companies - I am still waiting for any sort of contact from either of them.

Best customer service - amazing response time, clear answers. Easy set-up in control panel as well, and an excellent price! Perhaps the servers could be better, but I'm not that technical so I don't know. I would highly recommend host-ed.net.

I had been searching around for a good, cheap hosting company and once I found one that looked promising I'd search "(company name) sucks" and so forth. Usually this method provided me a lot of negative reviews, but not with host-ed. So I decided to try them. Thus far I am very pleased. Initial site up in hours, all support queries responded to extremely quickly, easy control panel for a novice such as myself, etc.Still, I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
They are preety good, I really used them in my most of websites, Their tech support is good, and they also give the 24 hours chat and help desk stuff, which is very good for web hosting questions.

What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I am hosting my company web site with AccuWebHosting.com since one and half years and I am very happy with their support services. So far I have not faced any trouble with their hosting and also the control panel is very user friendly. They have true 24/7 support. What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I have been accuwebhosting.com customer since last 2 years. AccuWebHosting.com has found to be very fast in installing SSL certificate. When I was about the setup a shopping cart on my website, I needed an SSL on my domain. I decided to purchase the SSL myself. Hence, I required the CSR Key. AccuWebHosting.com support responses have been very fast. The SSL installation took only 30-35 minutes to install the SSL. I requested the CSR, support staff asked for some contact information, I provided them the information, they gave me the CSR, I purchased the certificate and provided it to support, meanwhile I made the payment of dedicated IP address, and finally the SSL installed. All these steps took only 30-35 minutes. I think this is amazing. None of the hosting companies can be this much fast. :) This is a very good host in terms of support. They also provide 24/7 live chat support. Most of the problems get resolved by the live chat support without raising a support ticket. Unfortunately, I am no longer the customer of accuwebhosting.com at the moment, since that business is currently taken care by my cousin. and she is hosting this website on her own dedicated server.
