What do you like about AccuWeb Hosting?
I have been AccuWebHosting.Com customer since last 5 years. I am hosting this website on their windows servers. My website is using classic asp and sql server database. It has been over 5 years and I have never experienced any downtime on my website. I am very happy with their email services and anti spam features. My website is collecting resumes from job seekers. Recruiters can search the database of resumes and contact appropriate job seekers. I initially signed up with another hosting company, who was offering asp.net & sql database hosting at reasonable price. However, my experience was poor with them. Speed of my website and database connectivity through enterprise manager was poor. I was not able to update my database properly using enterprise manager. When I came to know about AccuWebHosting small business plan, I thought to give a try to a new hosting company. I was lucky that I decided to switch my hosting provider. Their windows servers are blazingly fast and database connectivity is excellent. Connecting my local enterprise manager to their database server is very easy and fast. I have rarely experienced any issues updating my SQL Server Database. When I signed up with them, my database was hosted on SQL 2000 Server. After a couple of years, I upgraded my application to make it compatible with SQL 20005 Database Server. I requested Accuwebhosting.com to switch my database from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 server. They transferred my SQL 2000 Db to SQL 2005 server without any charges. I requested them to retain my old database for 1 month, in case if I want to switch back to SQL 2000. They retained my Old database for a month of period without any additional charges. I am a satisfied customer now and I have contracted their services for another 3 years.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
Over the last few months so, it has been increasingly difficult to make contact with my previous hosting company support team. Most wait times on the phone or chat have been in excess of 45 minutes and if I opened a ticket online, it could take 10 - 24 hours before getting a response much less a answer. There have been times when PHP/MySQL board/DB was working incorrectly-not on my errors or any changes I had done. At the end they were not even able to provide me with the transfer info of my domain name so I had to register a new one. I filed for a divorce with my previous provider just a few weeks before my renewal with them! Hitched up with host-ed.net in a flash. Transferred all files to host-ed.net server and reset the DNS name servers. Host-ed control panel is basic on the front end but has good depth as you move into the needed functions. The support emailed me in 5 minutes after I signed up with all the needed DNS name servers and a login. Had a issue with PHP to the new site and need to change config.php file. Emailed support and in 10 minutes they were back with the correct link and in fact went in and did the edit of the file for me. Everything was up and running. Took no more than an hour for the domain name to resolve and show on Host-ed. Great support! Good server speed and a fair price for the product.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
The web hosting service they offer is quite good. Back at the time I was having an aggressive advertising campaign I had my site with up to 2000 visitors per day and I had no problems. Only once I had an issue with MySQL database, but it was a temporary issue and it was fixed 10-20 minutes after it had occurred. It is a great investment.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
First the activation was fast, my site was fast and a few days later I found the support is also fast to solve my issues. Once I even had this problem and the system administrators changed the way the system was build to fix my problem. I was so surprised when I heard that. In other hosting providers the best you can get is a canned response and polite excuse, but yet a refusal to do something that big for you. Now, that's a customer service.

What do you like about Webintellects Hosting?
I would like to apologize for my English. I am from Russia and want to say few nice words about web hosting company webintellects.com which I use. There not such a good company as webintellects in Russia for the price and allowing as many sites as I want.Site loads fast here. Support answer fast (some speak Russian also). Server has never been down since start. Webintellects is the best hosting service around and Russians needing hosting should use them without fear.

What do you like about Host Ed Inc?
Having been ripped off! by 3 other well-reviewed companies, I tried host-ed as a last ditch effort. Within no time at all I had been telephoned by a customer representative and very soon afterwards, my site was on line. It took no time at all to be on line. I can recommend these people highly enough. I had a couple of problems and e-mailed for tech support. I even got a reply on Sunday. The other companies - I am still waiting for any sort of contact from either of them.

Best customer service - amazing response time, clear answers. Easy set-up in control panel as well, and an excellent price! Perhaps the servers could be better, but I'm not that technical so I don't know. I would highly recommend host-ed.net.

I had been searching around for a good, cheap hosting company and once I found one that looked promising I'd search "(company name) sucks" and so forth. Usually this method provided me a lot of negative reviews, but not with host-ed. So I decided to try them. Thus far I am very pleased. Initial site up in hours, all support queries responded to extremely quickly, easy control panel for a novice such as myself, etc.Still, I'd recommend them to a friend for sure.
