After waiting sometime days for a simple email response with the other guys. Receiving a reply and in most cases having my issues resolved in 15 minutes or less has not only been impressive, but surly put my mind is at ease..

They seem to be a true hosting firm, so if you don't know what you're doing, you probably won't get a lot of help.
