Shared Hosting

For some reason my website was not accessible from the outside. Harry, the support agent at AccuWebHosting, identified and resolved the issue in less than 2 minutes. Even more surprisingly, is that this error was entirely on our side (a setting in our config file), but Harry resolved it anyway.
