Can I Virtualize a box with HYPER-V to host Windows & Linux O/S on different nodes?

Hyper-V is a application invented by Microsoft and can only be used for Windows OS. Hyper-V is not compatible with Linux OS. If you wish to use a Hardware Virtualization for Linux also, you can use VM-ware. VM-Ware is compatible with both Windows and Linux OS.
