Many host providers give Free or cheap Windows hosting(less than $0.99 USD) but you should check if they impose advertisement on your website. They also impose file type and size limitation. They also do not provide any ETA on your support request. You should also check if they provide FTP access as some providers only allow you to build your website with their website builder.
