Just get a KVM VPS and install windows yourself, buying windows VPS directly is usually more expensive, you can find KVM VPSs in LowEndTalk or WebHostingTalk, but keep in mind you'll need to get at least 2 GB ram and 30 GB disk space for windows, depends on the OS version though.
how much space , bandwidth you are looking for ? what control panel you would like to have and what desired location of hosting do you have where you would like to have your website hosted.

What do you mean under affordable price? It could be $1 or $100 depending on your available budget. If you need quality windows hosting I'd suggest to look for a host with more experinece in this niche and company established 10 years ago at least
