Most of us have tried out quite a few different hosts, with results that may differ quite a bit from each other.
Do you think there was ever one particularly bad incident that stands out for you, to the point that you went on a quest to seek that hosts downfall?
I personally have never had an experience quite that bad, but some of my friends have.

They shifted their servers from data center dallas to chicago ... they did this without any notification ...

Everyone faces some or the other issues with their hosting provider and this cannot be avoided. After all problems like downtime have to be faced now or then, even if you opt for a well reputed hosting provider. Some may face incidences worst than this. The only solution is to opt for one of the best provider so that the frequency of such incidences is rare.
Comments on Hosting providers service cannot be made unless you purchase hosting services from a provider and use it. Different people have different experiences with the same Hosting provider. Some find the same provider good while some find them as very bad.
Well i never experience any worst situation but my Friends did. They use free hosting services and the company delete their files also their website got effected by virus.
Well it was with free web hosts and that's why I have decided to move from that and switch to the paid web hosting.
