“100% uptime so far”
I have been with Softlayer for a couple of months now, and could not be happier. Lance and the guys have a huge amount of experience in the field and it shows. I have had 100% uptime so far, support requests are answered very quickly and accurately. The customer portal blows all others out of the water. The staff are extremely friendly. SoftLayer is quite simply a truly amazing dedicated provider!
