Hostplay dmca ignored hosting provider's support is Top-notch; they were quick to answer my questions and proactively ask me if I needed assistance. I had to reactivate my Bitcoin account and it took me about 15 mins... to let me know they were aware of the delay and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to assist me.

I can vouch that they are always watching as they contacted me during my signup process...
