The cuustomer support has been helpful and responsive starting with answering my questions and assisting me before sign up. After signing up, I had a few issues I needed help with and the support tickets were responded to quickly and were helpful in resolving my issue.

The AccuWeb website is sometimes hard to read. Not all items display properly.
