Price, performance, support, variety of hosting options. Martin with tech support was very responsive and processed my server upgrade very quickly. My experience with their tech support has always been great. I love that I can click a few buttons and have a server up and running for my use within a few hours. Amazing stuff.

I would say the lower tiers of Windows VPS servers are almost unusable. 2 - 3 GB of RAM isn't quite enough to run smoothly.
