The value for your dollar is what should be looked at and IX gives me everything I need for both my personal pages and my small business pages. If anyone is making a living from thier web sites then they should be paying for security and uptime but if, as I am, you use your web site for personal and private family web sites as well as web sites for start up companies with limited funds this is a perfect host.
