VPS Hosting

The hosting is reliable, fast and has very good support. My understanding is often lacking but the support guys are quick to reply with answers. Sometimes I don't understand their reply but they respond again, very patiently and help me through my issue. They always resolve it. All their support people are knowledgeable, which I can't say about other hosting companies. They offer very good value for money.

Sometimes the support guys assume I know more than I do.
