Too often today, tech support at web hosting is staffed with people sending back canned messages -- but at Accuwebhosting, they really read each ticket -- and get back to you quickly. Also, (knock on wood) the uptime has been stellar!

Tech Support seem to operate in a different time zone, so you might submit a ticket, and then get a response at like 2 AM.
