Obviously reliability is the most important, which they succeed at. But the next highest thing on the list for me is customer service. There's nothing worse than having reliability, but terrible customer service. AccuWebHosting has some of the best customer service I've experienced! I've had a few different providers over the last 2.5 decades and AccuWebHosting always exceeds my expectations (although thanks to them, my expectations are now much higher). Every time I've reached out to request info, ask a question, or alter my service, I always receive prompt replies day or night. Plus, I'm always dealing with competent folks, I have get that "Oh boy, I'm dealing with tier 1 support...". I highly recommend!

I feel like the client area UX could be improved a little; it's not bad, just could use a little refinement. But I so seldom need to use it, so it's never really caused me any actual frustration.

I'm mostly operating my own project sites, with one or two clients' website hosting every now and then. It's just nice to have a reliable place to host whatever I need to.
