I've been using Hostplay Netherlands Offshore VPS since July 2019 and i don't know how good is support because i haven't needed till know. They've also helped me with SSL certificates and URL rewriting via e-mail, always responding within ten minutes. They deserve the highest recommendation I can give. Everything works perfect!
