Shared Hosting

I moved from one webhost and to be honest I did not expected some major changes in the services. I had a recent support call with Glowhost and the tech spend 45 minutes with me online trying to fix my problem. Once that didn't work, he said to give him a few hours at it and they ended up solving my problem! I use Glowhost and pay for the service on time and get what they promise on their web site. I do not need more.

i've received perfect answers in a very quick delay. Yes, everything is excellent.
