Excellent sales and support service from Chemicloud. Very friendly and professional staff helped us set up the new site without fuss. When dealing with SSL, the support team did everything for us and made us feel that we were in good hands. Having had months of bad service from two other companies, Chemicloud came along and made everything right, including the one line answer to a question that the other companies had avoided and mucked around with for ages. This understanding that the issue could be something simple and that the idea of a support person is to support their client (not just close the ticket as quickly as possible) is what really impressed me about Chemicloud - they really do have the right idea and don't ever assume that you're a technical whizz-kid!
