“Very poor responses from technical support group”
I am totally under-whelmed by the very poor responses that I have had from the technical support group. More than 1 week response time, incorrect information when I do hear from someone, and a general air of not understanding what is going on.I run the technical support group at a major software engineering company in Toronto, and I do not tolerate the poor responses that yours do.Basically, unless my problems are resolved promptly, I intend to discontinue using HostPapa, and shall recommend the same to all and sundry.
