The support is nothing but crap. i sent the an mail since i bought shared plan, for 4 days. i also opened a ticket since 4 days now. and is as if i was sending to a ghost Guys, please don't buy from Boldhosts unless you are cool with doing business with someone that can't communicate with you. fine, is not that i had issues with what i bought. just that it was specified on the site that shared plan has unlimited domain. and it was after payment that i noticed it only has cpanel. no WHM. so i sent them a mail to confirm if reseller plan creates unlimited domain so that i will buy a reseller plan. i was told by a friend that if i purchase from boldhosts that i will add unlimited domain to my account. but that is far from truth with shared plan.

don't buy from them until they pay their support team, maybe that is why they don't reply customers. worst support ever.
