We started with the very basic windows package which was pretty slow for our needs, but the server has been GREAT since we upgraded to the next level. Support and tech teams always give a personalized and focused approach on our inquiries and requests, which we appreciate!

I wish it was a bit cheaper. We started with the very basic windows package which kept on crashing (It only had 1 gb memory). Apparently, it was too 'slow' for our load. We've upgraded to the next level since then and have no issues so far :).
