Prices are very satisfing, network speed is decent and server infrastructure is well design to sustain heavy load (VPS). They can customise a tailormade VPS that fullfill the needs of any server administrator.

When I was looking for a VPS, they were available via Live Chat and quickly solved any issues. One day their site was down, our VPS was down, and I couldn't find any support. Support is only by ticket or mail , live chat when it works, but not any phone. They declare responding within an hour. After 24 hours I received only the ticket creation confirmation. Imagine a VPS with dozen of sites down and couldn't find a reason why is that happening. They have a control panel to start, restart or shutdown the VPS. Sounds good but doesn't work!
