“serious billing mistake”
I have been using them for many years, so I have to say i am a very loyal customer of them. I am a web developer. However, recently they made a billing mistake for one of my account, when I asked them to correct it, they were very cold and refused to correct it saying is my mistake. I feel very hurt. I am going to switch to Go Daddy after my contract ends.My two cents, as a business owner myself, it really hurt your business if you have very poor customer service and being arrogant to your customers. Because you think you make $100 out of ignoring them, you end up losing $1000 or $10000 by pushing valued customer to your competitors. I wasn't ready to use Go Daddy until this incident.
