Although ramhost use openvz instead of xen, but they don't place strict limits as other hosts like mediatemple do. The CPU is the fastest as far as I know, with a unixbench score of 240, even faster than my laptop. The network is awesome,too, 500KB/s to me and 1M+ to ubuntu repositories is more than enough for me.
