Brilliant is all I can say. Is the third small but difficult problem I have had and it has been solved efficently and quickly each and everytime. On each occassion the staff has been knowledgable and extremely friendly. Considering the hosting is SO CHEAP, I will reccomend to anyone I see anywhere. You would be a fool not to go with these guys if you want decent support!

What do you like about Premium Hosts?
Pretty solid and reliable host. The support staff knows what they do, i had some issues with my domain not resolving and they were able to point me in the right directions. Live chat is not online 24/7 really, but they response time to tickets is quite fast. Overall i highly recommend this host

I had a few questions and spoke to Dan from Sales. As I was speaking, within 5 minutes everything was clarified, I registered the account and immediately I have access to a login to do many things. This is excellent!!!!
