What kind of servers do you use?
For our VPS services we use brand new, powerful Intel® Xeon® based servers from leading vendors.
Do I need technical skills to manage a KVM VPS server?
Yes, you do. All of our VPS services are unmanaged, which means that we provide the virtual environment that you have purchased and you are the one who has full control over it. Our support team does not have access to your virtual server.
What kind of OS will my VPS run on?
It depends on what operating system you choose during the purchasing process. You can select from various Linux distributions like CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu and others.
What happens if I run out of storage?
You can upgrade to an upper-level service/ package with more disk space.
Do I get a dedicated IP address with my VPS account?
Yes, by default, each plan comes with one dedicated IP, but you can purchase more IP addresses as an Add-In option via support ticket or e-mail.
How many additional IPs can I purchase?
You can buy as many additional IPs as you need, but please note that all IP Addresses are being monitored for grey/blacklisting and we can decline providing additional addresses in case of spam activity!
What are the options for creating backups on my VPS?
You can back up your virtual server in every way suitable for backing up a regular Linux Server.
Note: We are working on a new “easy to set” Backup service, which will be available at additional cost really soon.
