I work in the IT industry and live in Australia. I have to register quite a few domain names for customers. The thing is we like to register the domain names and then move the DNS record to our servers. Go Daddy makes it easier and a no hassle job for me. I have on occasion had to move DNS records from one holder to ourselves and had problems, but the Go Daddy service people help us out and are very prompt with the service. Unlike some companies who take days to do anything and then screw it up anyway. So on behalf of myself and all my friends and co-workers, I would like to say thank you for a job well done and thanks for looking after us so well."

One of the aspects I focus on with my company webmarketingadvisors.com is teaching clients not only the value of excellent customer service, but how to provide it as well. Far too many companies can't even grasp the meaning, let alone, actually providing great service. As far as I am concerned, GoDaddy is in an elite crowd of companies who get it!"

We needed to be ready to receive email on Monday morning. Go Daddy's service was great and we have peace of mind that Go Daddy will be there 24/7."
