We finally landed with Aplus.net, and today I need not worry about having to shift to any other hosting provider. I have never been taken better care of by any business I have ever dealt with, and I just wanted you to know how much it was appreciated. I just wanted you to know that I am one of the happiest and most extremely satisfied customers you have, and that if you ever need anyone to refer Aplus.net or send someone an email telling them about my great experience here, do not hesitate to ask me. Aplus.net helped me seamlessly transition from my “good-enough” hosting to a profitable service solution for my online business. From a startup nine years ago to my eCommerce upgrade just this year; your staff has been friendly, informational, and responsive. In all this time, there has been only one problem with hackers, and your team made sure I was completely secure, restored and quickly back to normal. Aplus.net’s recently-upgraded free chat service is especially appreciated because it lets me keep a copy of the communication for technical reference. The Aplus.net team – Sales, Support, Billing, Development and ME – work so beautifully to help me resolve issues quickly and efficiently, that I’m looking forward to years of continued Aplus.net superior and reliable service.
