Everything with it so simple and clear... just as I would do it :P the management panel is with high usability and the orders takes just a 2-3 minutes.

They was the first with such high quality service at a low price. Since then a-host.net proves its professionalism and loyalty to its clients. For them the customer is on first place. I tried the connection upload and download from a different locations in the world and it is amazing that everywhere it has a great bandwidth. I think that the most important points on a good hosting is the speed and the 0% downtime. a-host.net is great for both.

They helped me to config my both websites: one on Drupal and the other on Joomla. I can assure that with CMS systems, a-host is dealing perfect. I recommend them because they deserve it!!!

When problems raise (and there have only been a few), they have a team of Tech Support that goes right to the problem and corresponds through the entire solution. I conversed with them extensively over the phone to get started, they even called me a few times to make sure I was taken care of....I really appreciated that! They helped with transfer of domains and the general questions we had getting started. The submission of tickets seems a little impersonal but we can understand not being inundated with phone calls. Answers to my tickets have always been quick. And if you need in-depth help, you have always been able to get a hold of someone on the phone with a simple request on a ticket. I can tell you that all the sites that I run off of a-host.net has 99.99% uptime (Another site I run with another host that costs 3 times the price is only up 94%). I was wondering if going with the cheapest host was not the cleverest of ideas but after this last year and a half, the saying you get what you pay for doesn't actually hold true. The uptime is excellent, the response time to tech support is normally within half hr. I am really impressed all around. I would recommend a-host.net to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and 99.99% uptime host....
