Our number one goal is to provide our customers with top notch service to ensure a pleasant experience during your time with InteractComputers (IC). To achieve this we use a premium Carrier Neutral facilities in Los Angeles, Dallas and Miami. This ensures low latency, low ping times so your websites load quickly and our SHOUTcast streams dont buffer over long distances.

To accompany this we use only brand name hardware including Dell, HP, Supermicro, Intel, AMD and 3Ware. We use the most stable Linux operating system, CentOS on each server and use the latest RELEASE build of cPanel across our hosting servers. On our Shoutcast streaming servers we use the latest STABLE build of cPanel highly optimized allowing more resources to be available for each individual stream. Our shoutcast control panel is intergrated into cPanel and WHM and we use Shoutcast Admin Pro from WHMSonic.

We also have support staff available around the clock to ensure prompt replies to all sales and support queries. We utilize Livehelp, Support ticket system, MSN, AIM, Skype, Gtalk and phone to provide multiple methods of contacting us and so were always contactable at any time of day.

Company History

InteractComputers was founded by Bobby Samai in May 2004 as a provider of reliable and affordable Web Hosting and Shoutcast Streams based on our servers in Corvallis, Portland, Kansas City, Dallas, Chicago and Miami. InteractComputers is a company with staff in the United States and the United Kingdom. InteractComputers was setup with two things in mind, to provide affordable and reliable hosting and to provide our customers with nothing less than the best customer service.

Our dedicated staff has over 10 years experience in the hosting industry and extensive knowledge of the CentOS and Fedora Operating system and cPanel/WHM/Fantastico Deluxe. This ensures that we can assist all clients with any nature of problems and ensure a prompt resolution to any issues that may arise whether it be with a shared account or a dedicated server.
